Data Analyst

High10 Digital is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. We need a self-starter to analyze data to lead to the creation, implementation and evaluation of clear digital strategies. You will take responsibility for managing data from our clients and their industries, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues. To excel in this role you need a keen eye for detail, natural curiosity to lead you down unexpected paths and the ability to distill and share information in a meaningful and inspiring way, as well as a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

The Data Analyst will work closely with an integrated team on dedicated client accounts. The analyst will also collaborate with specialists within and outside High10, including other data analysts, quantitative and qualitative researchers, creative teams, account management teams and social and digital media experts.

DELIVERABLES

  • Collaborating to develop digital marketing solutions to meet clients’ business challenges
  • Helping develop presentations that will effectively articulate recommended strategies and tactics to connect our clients’ brands with their target audiences
  • Collecting and reporting appropriate metrics for monitoring our clients’ business and marketing efforts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Infuse digital insights into all client work
  • Manage data sources, including creation, updates and deletion
  • Manage and design the reporting environment
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems
  • Establish and advocate best practices in digital marketing, including the active and early integration of emerging technologies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our clients’ digital ecosystems to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, content assessments, consumer journeys, click-path analyses and trend reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, applied data science, planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical, communication (written, presentation and persuasion) and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with the use of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, SEO/SEM, UX/UI, social media, mobile and email
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple client deliverables
  • The ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
  • The ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
