Due to the enormous growth we are experiencing, High10 Digital is expanding our sales team and seeking to hire a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Director. This person will be responsible for consistently winning new business via inbound and outbound initiatives, proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions (consultation, digital presence management, web design, SEO, PPC, social media, content, etc.) to small and medium-sized businesses across all industries throughout the United States.

If you are experienced in sales and have a good understanding of digital marketing, you’ll love this role. To excel, you must have the ability to connect with marketing professionals and business owners, identifying and qualifying those who can benefit from the services High10 Digital offers, thereby helping their businesses thrive. This role will serve as the first contact with potential customers, identifying their needs and demonstrating how High10’s digital marketing consultation and platform of products will support their business goals.

The Sales Director will lead revenue-generating sales activities including prospecting, new business development, and proposal presentation to potential clients. You’ll talk and meet with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and what they want to achieve. Once you understand their business opportunities, you and a team will develop a proposal to help them grow.

DELIVERABLES

  • Timely/accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and prospective client information through our CRM system
  • Accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of pipeline sales activity
  • Achieve assigned monthly sold quota
  • Analysis of potential clients’ goals and needs, leading to appropriate proposed winning solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed measurable daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale
  • Aggressively prospect, develop, and close leads using a variety of sources
  • Maintain a lead/referral database and track the marketing activities conducted
  • Perform customer outreach (including cold calls), as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail High10’s services
  • Work directly with businesses to discuss and understand their needs and then develop customized solutions to meet or exceed their business goals
  • Collaborate with the technical and account management teams to devise strategies that align with prospective clients’ business goals, as well as to customize, present, and sell digital marketing solutions
  • Communicate with senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • Winning mentality and a keen focus on driving new business results
  • Experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels
  • Proven ability to close the sale
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed
  • Temperament/personality to listen patiently and work consultatively; must be able to probe and clarify to get a real sense of prospective clients’ needs
  • The ability to help create solutions that meet the needs of prospective clients and help their businesses grow
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and processes
  • Ability to utilize technology to engage prospective clients
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation (confidence and sense of humour a huge plus)
  • Ability to close contracts once prospective clients’ needs have been identified and addressed with High10-proven solutions
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience preferred: SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web development, e-commerce services
  • High-energy, positive personality with the ability to inspire others to action
  • Persuasive, professional, personable, and strong work ethic
  • Quick thinker with strong mental fortitude and a goal-driven mentality
  • The ability and desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
