Social Media Manager

High10 Digital is seeking a Social Media Manager who can enhance our clients’ brands and build strong online communities through various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content designed to engage users and create interactive relationships between consumers and our clients’ companies. The ideal candidate will be capable of using web analytic tools to research industry trends and track campaign progress, using the data to formulate ever more effective campaigns.

To excel in this role you should be able to drive engagement by creating high-quality original content, quickly curate relevant third-party content, engage influencers, and manage the community by responding to comments.

Your goal will be to ensure the success of our clients’ social media community building efforts across a variety of interesting (and less interesting) industries. The Social Media Manager will work closely with an integrated team on dedicated client accounts.


  • Campaign strategies for multiple platforms
  • Launch and optimize social media campaigns for a variety of clients across industries
  • Dashboard reports of performance for management/clients


  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with clients’ business goals
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and others
  • Create high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign
  • Monitor clients’ brands on social media
  • Help define most important social media KPIs for each client
  • Use web analytic tools to measure the success of social media campaigns against objectives
  • Coach employees on content creation best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, technologies, trends, design tools, and application
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
  • Provide feedback for business strategists from social media trends and research
  • Keep abreast of PPC/SEM and digital advertising trends


  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media best practices
  • Experience developing social media strategies
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Understanding of graphic design principles
  • Ability to measure and evaluate the success of campaigns
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and visual communication skills
  • General knowledge of search engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
