High10 Digital is searching for an SEO Specialist to assist with organic and paid search campaigns for our regional and national clients. We are looking for someone to perform analytics and keyword research to optimize the content of websites in order to improve our clients’ organic search result rankings.
To excel in this role you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends, understanding the value of quality content as well as technical insight to optimize websites in multiple ways for search engines, ultimately employing technical, structural, and schema-related strategies. You must be a problem solver and decision maker, able to form persuasive recommendations to help achieve KPIs
Your goal will be to ensure the success of our clients’ online marketing efforts.
Deliverables
Optimization strategies for multiple industries
Implementation of those strategies to meet established KPIs
Monthly dashboard reports of performance and analysis of progress for management/clients
Ongoing keyword and industry trend discovery, expansion, and optimization
Analyze competitors’ performance to aid in forming effective strategies
Collaborate with team on keyword selection and audience targeting
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, or revised
Prepare detailed performance reports
Collaborate with account managers and clients to manage SEO strategy
Write scope documents to create compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Develop and implement link building strategy
Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO
Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Write engaging and concise copy for online ads
Keep abreast of PPC/SEM and digital advertising trends
Requirements
Two to three years experience successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors/methods
In-depth knowledge of keyword research, data mining, and website analytics tools
Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
WordPress development experience a plus
